Returns Information

We accept returns within 30 days of Receiving the Item. Please contact us immediately, prior to leaving feedback so that we can help resolve any issues in a timely manner, to the best of our ability. Return Item/s must be received in same packaging with ALL Original Contents and Labels that were included.

• Items purchased from Tri County Dental Supply’s may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping charges will not be credited.
• Please contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number at 909-880-9555.
• We request that all items being returned include a return authorization number and copy of the original invoice.
• All product warranties are subject by the terms and conditions from the original manufacturer during defects under warranty period.
• Only products in their original unopened and unmarked packaging will be credited. Restocking fee might apply to some returns. Title is retained by Tri County Dental Supply’s for all goods and services until payment for such goods and services is received in full.
• The following items cannot be returned: opened handpieces, small and large equipment, alloy, special order items, Rx and controlled substances.
• Shipping charges will apply for all returns.
• No installation charges will be reimbursed for the large equipment.
